How do I use the website?
Browse our Online Catalogue and click on the ‘Details’ button for more information regarding our product or click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button for items you wish to purchase, you will be able to remove these items, if you change your mind about the purchase. Once you’ve selected the item/s you wish to purchase click on the ‘Checkout’ button, which will take you through the ordering process, you will be contacted within 2 days to confirm your order. If you want more details for a specific product, please email us using the ‘Contact Us’ facility or telephone us on 01403 734193. We aim to get back to you the same day.

When will my items be delivered?
If ordering over the Internet, each item advises the approximate delivery times. If ordering in person at our shop in Barns Green, if the item is in stock, we operate a Buy Now, Take Home Today policy, Toko Wood will be able to assist you with delivery but this is dependant on the size of your item and your location. If this is something you might be interested in, please call for information or come and see us in our shop.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept cheques with orders via the post.
